OUR APPROACH: Each project begins with a conversation where we look at ‘bits’. Using design thinking and an integrative, collaborative approach has become essential in helping us understanding how all the ‘bits’ come together as a whole experience and why it matters. In addition, the tools and techniques of design thinking like creating persona profiles, storyboards, experience prototyping, role-playing and affinity mapping help facilitate more constructive, user focused conversations between our multi-disciplinary team members and helps us figure out how to make our ideas happen. Design thinking helps us turn our discovery into sketches, efficient systems and inspiring experiences and eventually back into spreadsheets as we gather more data, evidence and experience.
